About GamblingLicenseUSA

We started GamblingLicenseUSA in 2016 after watching too many promising gambling startups crash during the licensing process. Not because their business models were bad. Because they didn't understand what regulators actually want to see.

Our founder spent eight years as a compliance officer for two major gaming operators - one in Nevada, one in New Jersey. He sat through dozens of licensing hearings. Reviewed hundreds of applications. Saw firsthand what gets approved and what gets stuck in regulatory limbo for months.

What We Actually Do

We guide gambling operators through the US licensing process. That's it. No marketing services, no software development, no "full-service" packages that dilute our focus.

Here's what that looks like in practice:

  • Pre-application consulting to determine which state fits your business model and budget
  • Document preparation and compliance framework setup
  • Direct liaison with Gaming Commissions during the application process
  • Ongoing compliance support after you're licensed

Most clients work with us for 4-6 months during their initial licensing. Some stay on for ongoing compliance support. Either way, our job is to get you licensed efficiently and keep you compliant long-term.

Why Clients Work With Us

Three reasons, based on actual client feedback:

We know what regulators care about. When a Gaming Commission asks for "proof of financial stability," they're not looking for your bank statements. We know the specific documentation they need and how to present it.

We've done this across multiple states. Nevada licensing differs significantly from New Jersey, which differs from Pennsylvania. We've successfully guided clients through 15 different state processes. You're not our learning experience.

We don't waste your time. No weekly status calls to justify our retainer. No 40-page reports filled with obvious advice. We communicate when there's something you need to know or do.

Our Track Record

Since 2016, we've helped more than 200 operators obtain gambling licenses across 15 US states. Our average application-to-approval time is 94 days, compared to the industry average of 6-8 months.

We've worked with online sportsbooks, casino operators, lottery providers, and gaming technology suppliers. Client size ranges from bootstrapped startups to publicly-traded companies.

Twelve of our clients have successfully expanded from one state license to multi-state operations. That's the goal - get your first license done right, then scale intelligently.
